matali crasset's talk will highlight, among the designer's many projects, her systemic and singular approach to understanding the complexity and interdependencies between object, space and architecture, as well as her ongoing quest to convene social and artistic fields.

Three original projects presented by Yannick Laurin, Sébastien Parent and Renée Mailhot, the three founders of La Shed. The talk will focus on the firm's creative process, as well as on residential architecture that is inhabited and integrated into its context.

The Index-Design Award is a distinction honoring a local designer whose creation embodies the ability to materialize a vision into an original object or product. This award celebrates innovation, reflection and exploration in the practice of design in Quebec, in perfect harmony with the DNA of Complètement Design. It will be awarded to one of the designers exhibiting at the show.

Through a variety of case studies (including the World Trade Center, the Olympic Stadium Tower, the Quebec National Assembly reception pavilion, the Grand Quai du Port of Montreal Tower), Sonia Gagné will show how Provencher_Roy is sustainably revitalizing iconic buildings and neighborhoods.

To echo the 2025 theme "Generative-generation - design in process," L.P. Pratte will unveil an innovative kitchen concept for Hh. Designed locally for easy shipping and assembly, the lightweight system embodies a sustainable vision of materiality, designed to integrate into projects of all scales.

Harry Nuriev is an artist, architect and interior designer based in New York and Paris, founder and artistic director of Crosby Studios.‍The New York Times Magazine hailed Harry Nuriev as a pioneering voice of global minimalism, citing the instinctive influence of craft and architecture on his work. He has lectured widely and conducted educational programs at institutions such as Harvard, Pratt, the Royal College of Art in London, and many others. Nuriev has carried out creative collaborations and projects with world-renowned brands and artists, including Balenciaga, Nike, Dover Street Market, OMA, Liam Gillick, Gucci, and many others.

Talia Dorsey will offer a critical analysis of the strategic design process of two key projects for cultural institutions that have marked her professional career: the 2014 modernization master plan for the Hermitage (St. Petersburg - AMO/OMA), and the realization of PHI Contemporain (Montreal).

Manuel R. Cisneros presents “Regeneration and Foresight”: an exploration of regenerative design where environment, ecosystems and well-being are harmoniously intertwined. Discover innovative strategies in circularity, biodiversity and responsible water management, supported by foresight as design tools to meet current challenges and anticipate a sustainable future.

Christopher Dessus' approach, at the crossroads of design, architecture and scenography, is based on a working methodology that is both radical and determined. The meeting will explore the links between the research process and the final outcome of Paf Atelier's projects, looking at both past achievements and future prospects.

A collective project by emerging creators to demonstrate that error or imperfection in the creative process, far from being a failure, can become a creative and critical tool in the face of overly mechanical or conformist processes. Double Entendre explores how to integrate “human error” into standardized production processes to question the rigidities imposed by an overly rationalized approach.
